Chef Misha Sukyas (literally) adds another dimension to his cooking by incorporating exotic (and psychedelic) ingredients such as Salvia, Magic Truffles and Hawaiian Baby Woodrose into his dishes. The dish ‘Veal in a Salvia Divinorum crust with Magic Truffles and Marijuana’ is part of a campaign for online clothing retailer Freshcotton. FreshCotton.com’s “Baked” campaign creates haute cuisine using, in its words “a wide variety of street-legal drugs as recipe ingredients.” These legal (in Amsterdam) drugs include marijuana, hashish and “more esoteric buzzes.”

Although these recipes should clearly be taken with a grain of salt (no pun intended) and care must be taken when cooking with these types of ingredients, we do applaud the creativity of whoever came up with this idea 🙂
